The location was great, really close to

Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The staff were always kind and helpful, and there were excellent amenities in the lobby. The firm mattresses and the noise from neighboring rooms impacted our comfort during the nights.

Everything was well-maintained, had a great stay of 5 nights. Had functional a double room with shower, bath. The hotel was in a particularly good location, near to a market and convenience stores. Found Bar Unubore with perfect drinks 400 feet away...

We got a room with a bathtub.

You gotta check out the hot dogs at Irori. They're a game-changer! Plus, there's stellar dining just around the corner-KUDOS to Unashige for their amazing vibe. The location's perfect for exploring all Osaka has to offer!

Here's the deal, they send a million messages about online registration, but it's a mess. Rooms only get cleaned if you ask-why change towels but not vacuum? Oh, and that bathroom? Like a small motor home! It was tight, and I could barely open my suitcase!

I expected some kind of upgrade or complimentary gesture for the hassle, but clearly, I was mistaken. If I hadn't booked this already, I wouldn't have even considered it.

Great 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Although the price was fair, these factors did not leave a lasting positive impression.
